Music Lessons

STRING SCHOOL

  • HSM offers group tuition for: Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass.
  • Group Lessons for levels 1-5
  • Individual tuition is available for advancing students.
  • Harp – individual lessons only.
  • Saturday Orchestras and Tuesday String class

BAND JAM

  • Wind, Brass and Percussion learn through performance in Band.
  • Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, French Horn, Low Brass, Percussion, Drum-kit.
  • Group lessons and Band class for levels 1-5
  • Individual tuition for advancing students.
  • Saturday morning group lessons and Band.

PIANO SCHOOL

  • Piano classes are taught on electric piano using the Oxford University course
  • For beginner students aged 7-9 years old
  • Group lessons for levels 1-3
  • Individual tuition for advancing students

GUITAR SCHOOL

  • Guitar classes learn modern classical guitar technique
  • For beginner students aged 7-9 years old
  • Group lessons for levels 1-5
  • Individual tuition for advancing students
  • Electric guitar and Rock School available for Individual tuition.

MUSIC FOR 5-6 YEAR OLDS

Introductory music classes. Students explore their musicality through fun and interactive musical experiences: Chimes, Xylophone, Percussion, Singing, Recorder and Ukulele.

  • MUSIC JAM – for students who are year one at school (5-6 year-olds)
  • DO RE MI MUSIC – for students who are year 2-3 at school. (6-7 year-olds)
  • SOL FA MUSIC – Level 2 course
  • LA TI DO MUSIC – Level 3 course
